Role Overview: 

In this role, you will find new clients, build strong relationships with existing accounts, and help Catalyca grow in Bangalore and nearby areas.  

You should have 8 – 10 years of travel related sales experience preferably to corporates based in Bengaluru, enjoy consulting clients, and have a good understanding of travel technology solutions. 

Role & responsibilities  

  • Act as an independent go-getter with the ability to identify and build strong relationships with prospective corporate clients. 
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring timely progression and closure of discussions. 
  • Clearly demonstrate the unique differences, benefits, and value of Catalycas services to diverse audiences, tailoring messaging to suit client needs and industry contexts. 
  • Understand customer expectations and position the companys offerings as the preferred choice over competitors, effectively advocating for TCat’s solutions. 
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations that highlight measurable business impact. 
  • Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and market trends to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. 
  • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial deals 
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic account management and consultative selling. 
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to design tailored solutions that meet corporate client requirements. 
  • Collaborate with finance and legal departments to ensure timely collection of payments, compliance, risk mitigation, and seamless contract execution. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM systems, ensuring transparency and accountability.
